Any other digital downloaders experience this sub problem?

So i pre ordered the game when it was first possible and now im being told to use my 30 days of game time i need to use some account code i got with the email i received months ago when i pre ordered the game... i like to keep my email tidy so i deleted it long ago, how on earth do i get my 30 days now???

I'm not getting that message at all. The 30 days was automatic for me.

Ok, that's a problem for you. Can you pull the email out of the deleted mail folder? If you are using outlook, you can pull emails for a month back typically, even after they've left the deleted mail folder because you can use the "recover deleted items" tool from options.

The language was a bit confusing, but after a few minutes of research, I found that the first month is not charged. You will need to set up your billing information and are required to have a real, legitimate payment method established.
