This quest blocks the whole progress of the area, the Groundskeeper NPC is frozen, not selectable and we cant turn our quest in. We cannot abandon because its the whole area!!!
Is there any trick to fix? Log off and log on does not work and we dont know, when zenimax will fix that... Without it, we cant progress...
