after tooling around i found that there are 3 codes associated with my game.

My god, it worked.
I checked back at my online retailer (Coolshop.com), and I found out that I actually had 1 more code that I haven't used it.
I think it's the same everywhere else, look for codes in your downloads section where you bought the digital edition.0 -
