It's a sad day when you find your self earning "http://gyazo.com/6e836b72335ecc1cced1002a227a18c8" on a forum to complain about a service error and lack of customer support.....
To get to the point, I pre-ordered this game and have been enjoying this game VERY VERY much up until this point infact soo much i just hit level 50. I think almost every one reading this has encountered the very *** problem with their "give us your info so you can play the game you pitched 200$'s (Makes me questions why i preordered twice) into to play oh and did we forget to tell you we're not gunna help you and the soloution on our main page doesn't work hurr durr" (official name) problem. This is why games fail within the first 3 months i don't have a *** credit card to pay them this month for their service so i'm *** and missing out on my "FREE" game time any way. FIX THIS ESO BEFORE YOU LOSE ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS
