Valley of Blades main quest bugged!
Upon retrieving the Ring of Stendarr's Mercy in the ruins (after defeating the Titan dragon boss & the skeleton bosses), the next task is to return to harborage and give the ring to Veran.
However, once I returned to the harborage, 3 of the NPCs (Sai, Titanborn & Veran) are all missing and I'm unable to complete the quest, hindering the progression of the main quest.
I've tried relogging inside the harborage, outside harborage to try to reset the instance but to no avail.
I'm wondering if anyone of you guys are having the same bug as well.

Image of the NPCs missing is attached above and notice how the quest marker points towards the seat where Varen is supposed to be seated.
