I LOST 30 BANK SLOTS

Oh no no no, this just didn't happen to me AGAIN!!!! I just lost 30 bank slots AGAIN!!!!!! (The first time I lost 20 and had to re-buy the slots). This game sucks if you can't trust it to save your hard work.

I had a full bank and logged in with a new char. THEN I GOT THE WELCOME EMAILS with the CE maps and pets and all on that new char. OH CRAP! IT RESET MY BANK AS IF A NEW ACCOUNT, just like last time. I now have 3 sets of CE maps now. Every time I get the emails, it resets my bank.

I DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH STUFF I LOST AS I HAD A FULL BANK WITH 90 ITEMS, AND NOW I ONLY HAVE 56. I JUST KNOW I LOST SOO MANY STACKS OF CRAFTING ITEMS and I'm PISSED!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree, this issue needs to be addressed. I've seen several post issues regarding the extra bank slots resetting and losing items. For now, I would advise people to avoid expanding their bank spaces until a fix is implemented.

Yah, I've seen several posts now, too, after posting about this issue. Apparently it's widespread. DO NOT EXPAND YOUR BANK. Instead expand your mules carrying capacity by buying bags.

This REALLY needs to be one of the HIGHEST priorities that needs to be fixed. Players can put up with a lot of bugs... until you start deleting their hard work!!

It looks like this problem was NOT FIXED in the latest patch (or at least it wasn't announced in patch notes). I don't know how to make this a higher priority, but quests should be secondary to the trust players have in their bank to hold their hard earned items. A broken quest can always skip and come back to. Items (sometimes good ones, too) lost are hours worth of work gone forever.

Happened to me as well i feel your pain. Sent em an email and got nothing back but a stupid survey saying how was my service......WELL YOU TELL ME LOL

Hasn't happened to me yet (fingers x) but I sure hope they compensate those players losing stuff in their banks. Completely unacceptable and I agree this should be top priority.

In hopes of avoiding getting wiped out a second time, I've stopped storing things in my bank except for the few seconds it takes to log out and bring on a bank alt. That does, however, make the game FAR less enjoyable, as I spend more time moving stuff over to mule characters than I do questing and enjoying the game.

I really, really can't see continuing a subscription to Inventory Management Online (tm) with the exciting exploding bank feature! And I definitely will not be a subscriber if the end result of this isn't full restitution.

I am sorry to hear this. Not having to worry about losing progress, money and items is one thing that is absolutely key in any MMO. I've been part of some very rough MMO releases (AO and AoC comes to mind) and even though they had major issues that made it difficult to even play the games - at least I did not worry about losing efforts, items and money at this frequency and on this scale.

This is not normal even for newly released MMOs - but at the same time I have no doubts that they work extremely hard to address many of the current issues.

When I started hearing about this problem, I stopped buying bank slots. Thus far, I've not lost anything. I'm sitting at 80 right now. I have so much stuff on my alts at the moment, I'm kind of stuck with 2 active characters. I'm hopeful that the problem will get fixed soon, storage is far to limited given the quantity of crafting materials.

Same problem lost 20 bank slots full of items and 11.700 gold, i don't play until i get refound cose it happen again and again to many ppl. Now all my friend are in another region and i have to play solo, great support.
Want to add, 3 days and no reply...
I know that the problems are many and of different entity but in my opinion a problem that delete gold and items to the players should have a very high priority. At least stop the problem, and be assured of a refound should be nice. Sorry for my bad english

I've lost 30 Slots just as described by others here, I got mail with my CE maps when I logged in (which I already had). It has slowed my levelling to a crawl and has had a huge impact on my interest in this game.

Won't be subbing again until its fixed and my slots/items are restored for sure, might make this the shortest stint for me ever in an MMO. I really hope they fix it soon because I otherwise love this game so far, but I'm unwilling to accept an MMO where my efforts (items/cash) are not safe simple as that.
