Can't set up Subscription

Every time I try to set up my subscription with my Visa card I get this "There were issues with your recent transaction attempt. Please check the provided information again or contact support at http://help.elderscrollsonline.com". I'm entering my info right and have even tried other cards, what's going on? Guess I don't get to play because your website is broken.
