Getting Disconnected at loading screens
So ever since I got this game I keep on getting disconnected at certain loading screens. Like right now i'm trying to load into the world map from inside a cave. and after a couple of minutes of sitting on the loading screen, i get an "unknown error" and it takes me to the log in screen. I repeat several times until i am able to port out. Anyone else having this problem, or know how to fix it? I sent an email already but so far no reply, I guess i'm supposed to enter my pay option in a timed manner, but cant get help with the same urgency...

And as i keep on trying to log in i just received a nice little message saying my account in not eligible to sign on to their servers...0

Yes. In order to put my credit card info i had to put in my game key. Now my character is in the "requesting character load..." $80 for a game + 2 hours to download + 15 dollar subscription and I still cant play
