Can't login to my account

    Be nice to get some resolution on this. I could login this morning and now I can, and I can't even bring up the subscription options to pay with.

    So ZOS is telling me that because I bought a physical Imperial Edition though an online retailer and won't be delivered until later this week, that I just have to...... wait? Even with early access code and everything. Buy the super special edition and get screwed?

    Also, NO, the email from the retailer does not contain the full game code. It's still sitting in the box, printed on the back of a CD case, that is floating around somewhere in the lower 48 states.

    This is crap, ZOS. Utter crap. If only there had been a simple solution, like authorizing retailers early shipment of the game to mail order customers so they would have it on time......

    I purchased the Imperial Edition on amazon.com and when I log into ESO I can't find anywhere about setting up my subscription. I have been playing all day until about 35 mins ago when I was unable to login. Keep getting the login error that my information is not correct. I paid 80.00 plus tax for what? for me to get kicked off due to the inability of getting my subscription started. So who do I talk to about this? Where I purchased the game or here on ESO?

    Yup this is pure and utter BS. only solution I see is extend the free access period to a postal BUSINESS DAY. Even a moron would know to do that.

    I am experiencing the login issue as well. I can't pick a subsription, I tried and I have insufficient funds. I wrote support and here was my reply. .

    Actually you don't even got to worry mate since if a player does not have enough funds in their account and/or credit card and the verification process fails, they can still play the game via the 30 day free game play grace period.

    No it did not help, I can't play either until I do the subscription which I have no money for it at this time.

    well my problem has been resolved, how lovely amazon can be when pressured. I found both keys I needed for activation and the missing items (Imperial Edition). So I fault amazon in not notifying me by email as they said they would when the game was released on the 4th. This experience has taught me not to order anything from an online retailer except the company who is releasing the game.

    Yep, waiting on Amazon to deliver my Imperial Edition and now I cannot log in again. I could not this morning. Then I was able for a bit. Now I cannot log in again. So yeah, drop $100 on a game and this is the outcome....

    Ordered my code from Amazon. They said they will send the email on 4/4/14 with your game code, but they screwed up. If you got it from amazon, get your code by logging into your Amazon account and clicking on the "Your Games and Software Library" link under the drop-down menu from "Your Account".

    It pissed me off at first, before someone told me where to find the code!

    I would be nice if some Admin in here went through previous posts and removed those where some have accidentally linked their account info. It would probably save them a lot of time in the future, and the account is going to be a target for attempted hacks for a really long time now.

    It was fixed after i set up a subscription plan. I had already recieved the 30days from my game purchase but it seemed like i needed to set up a subscription plan for error to be fixed. I hope this helps.

    I'm not sure why I can't access my account. I can change the password and get into the forums but I continue to get the error message that my account information is invalid. I'm very frustrated and have tried everything that I know what to do. I used Gamefly to purchase my game. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I appreciate it in advance.

    So much for ***#### pre-ordering! Shame on you Zenimax! Next time don't be so greedy and let your pre-orders have access for 30 day of free time before forcing them to give you subscription payment. Worst case they cancel and sell/give the game to someone else, you'll still get your ***#### money.

    I'm also now waiting for my game to arrive from Amazon. WTF were you thinking? Not letting retailers to ship the game until the 4th and only giving pre-orders 2 days to register... on a weekend no less? Greedy stupid ***!

    I only had to set up a plan NOT pay a 30day extra! My subscription will automaticly withdraw money from my account AFTER my 30 free days are up.

    my game code and the early acess are the same so it says it is invalid and can't send a subscrition plan
