Error while trying to set up my billing information

I have been trying to set up my billing information all day long I put the credit card info, my whole name and everything but it is not working the only thing that is different here is the address I put there.
By mistake I put that the country I live in is USA (when I created the account) and that was wrong I am living in Panama right now.
So the country is different so I dunno if the system is checking for the whole address and comparing it to what I wrote. Is there anyway to change the country?
