I then went to my Games and Software Library under My Account. Once there I was able to view the product keys associated with my preorder. I used the game key listed there to place into the Enter A Code option on the Account page of ESO. I hope this will help others with this issue.
This game launch is extremely bad compared to any other MMO I've played so far just because of this subscription requirement.

What version of the game did you buy? Is it a physical or digital copy? If it's a physical copy, did you actually receive the physical game box? If it's a digital copy, have you actually received an e-mail from your retailer containing your full game registration code?
I preorderd from greenmangaming and the only key I have it the one I entered for my preorder. Entering that just spits out an "Invalid Code" message. Completely ridiculous that you have to enter a key again to set up your subscription. How would I even have Early Access if I didn't buy the game...
The exact same issue. I was only given one code when I order the digital version from GameFly. I used it for early access and now I can't redeem the game that I purchased? This is insane ...lol

The issue I had was that there are 2 seperate keys. One unlocked the 3 day early access and the 2 ingame items you get. The second is the actual key for the game which I was never e-mailed. I had to manually log onto Amazon and find the key in my purchase history. Any decent online retailer will save your online keys for products you've purchased through them. I suggest that you go look around on the other website assuming it's a digital download purchase.
