2 and half hours on loading screen

Are there long queues?
I've tried to log in at 4pm today and waited at the loading screen. Went to the pub for late lunch and came back and the still at loading screen. Killed the game. logged back in at 5:15pm and back at the loading screen. Went for a nap and just looked I'm still at the loading screen and Is now 8:20pm

The game shouldn't ever have login queues due to how the megaserver works. I've never seen this.

No official answers yet. An acknowledgement of the problem would be nice.

If you're stuck on a loading screen for that long you should close out the game and launcher and try again. Never heard of anyone having that issue and not being able to fix it with a log out.
