Character Cannot Log In - Cyrodill; Possible Fix? or just luck

I was PvPing in Cyrodill when I inevitably died. I selected a keep for respawn and I was met with a never ending loading screen. Restarting the game results in the same loading screen.
-I was a guest in Bloodscourge+?
-I'm not sure how I died, just that it was instant and in combat.
To fix this
-I am able to log into an alternative character, low level character who is not in cyrodill.
-I logged out and tried on again on my Cyrodil character and it worked.
