Carzog's Demise bugged?

Has anyone else had an issue with the quest Carzog's Demise in Betnikh? It tells me to talk to a character named Neramo, however he is nowhere to be found on the map, despite me standing in on the directional arrow. I can see other people completing the quest, however I can not interact with the item required.

This quest seems to have all sorts of bugs. I talked to Neramo and went into the sanctuary, but then when I was supposed to get a disguise in the bag on the floor, the thing was not even click-able.

Have you tried quitting ESO completely and logging back in, or using the /reloadui command @Ayradyss? This may help resolve the issue. If it doesn't, please let us know!

@ZOS_TristanK : Thanks for your response. I just tried both using /reloadui and exiting completely out of the game (& launcher) and the bag still does not register as 'clickable' to me to allow me to pick up the disguise.

Strangely, while doing this, I watched two others walk up and go through the animations of retrieving the disguise and putting it on. So apparently it is working for some people. I have no clue why I'm unable to retrieve the disguise myself. Any help would be much appreciated.

Edit: Solved this. The problem was that I already had a Bloodthorn Disguise from the earlier quests involving investigating 'The Bloodthorn Plot.' At no point, however, was it made clear that this was actually the same disguise as Lerisa was leaving for me (she simply said 'a cultist disguise') so I had no way of knowing that the disguise from the previous quest was the same item and was preventing me from picking up a new one.

I feel It would be a great boon for future adventurers to give some manner of in-game explanation when this occurs, so that we know we already have the proper disguise and are not stuck, as I was, trying to figure out 'what went wrong.' Thanks again.
