Cyrodil loading screen issues

Until today I never had any problems going into Cyrodil but oh boy did that change.
I need to try 3-5 times before I can load in, mostly i get jammed up in the loading screen forever. And if I get disconnected while in Cyrodil the game crashes over and over.
