Quest Share Option not Working

Me and a friend of mine were trying to quest together yesterday and when I tried to share my Quests with him he couldn't receive them. Shouldn't the Share Quest Option be working for people that want to Quest together? I think this is something that needs to be Fixed for the other people like me and my Friend that want to Quest Together... Please get this fixed
