Can't Subscribe Need Help

When I go to my account page to set up a subscription , it's not showing where I could put a subscription plan and put my cc info in . I did as instructed and it's still not showing and giving me a subscription plan . Help would be thankful

    I am getting "Access Denied" when trying to log in to my account. I had already entered my game code when their system crashed me out. Now, I can't get back in to finish entering my billing info.

    We are aware that many customers are experiencing a queue when going to the account system to set up their subscription - and are currently working on expediting this.

    -This is all the info I am getting and I'm not even on a Que and it's not even showing where I could put my billing info . I have subbed in other MMO's and this was never a problem .

    @ZOS_JordanH Hey Jordan, Yes, I have the same issue on the accounts page. There is no area to input my CC Details... or any billing options whatsoever... Just the billing history link.

    Yea I gave my CC # this morning and was charged for 3 months. The info is NOT showing up and is telling me I need to set up a sub. NOW I cant even log into the game! That I have NOW paid 123 dollars for!!!! COME ON!!! :s

    I can't log in anymore and I haven't received my imperial edition through mail yet. It's asking me to follow the prompts when I go to the accounts website but there's no prompts... I'm so confused. What prompts are they talking about. And why can't I log in.
