so i've started this mission and once your in you need to follow cadwell, and defeat a lizard like boss but after i killed him cadwell just stopped doing anything, he just stands there idle, so i'm stuck and relogging doesn't work is there any way to maybe restart the mission?

Mishoniko✭✭✭I ran into the same problem. I fixed it by running back to the entrance area then logging out for 10-15 minutes to allow the phase to close. When I logged back in I was outside of the Harborage and the portal to Coldharbor was open inside.
The game is scripted to have Cadwell pull all the mob groups. Just wait for him to clearly engage each group before jumping in. If you kill them ahead of Cadwell's pull, he'll get stuck trying to "pull" the dead group. He's invulnerable so don't worry about him dying -- that pot on his head is leet tank gear.2 -
Darkrock✭✭My solution was to log out and let it reset, then when I entered the Cistern I did NOT speak to Cadwell. Instead I ran ahead and killed all the mobs. Once they were gone I went back and spoke to Caldwell. He then went peacefully along his route and I could progress to the next area.
(I'm updating this thread since the bug was still there yesterday, so my solution could be helpful for others, too.)0
