Free month?

Now I am aware it is only a pre auth, but you guys pre authed my card already for a month of sub time, is that money going to reappear back in my account until may, or what is up? Because shouldn't I be getting a month of gameplay time for free?

If that is meant to insult me, you are an idiot. I don't live the high life currently I just moved, am in college, and paying rent, etc.. I don't have massive amounts of money to spare right now, that 15 can truly help out this month, especially after dropping 60 on the game itself.. so yeah, sorry I can't be as wealthy as you must be. I will always wonder why someone who can barely pay rent decides to buy a game with a montly subscription fee.
Even if such a person decided they want to try it out for one month, you must be crazy to pay 60 bucks to do so.

Yea I got charged a little over $40, it was not a pre-auth as I did that yesterday morning and the money still isn't back in my account. Got a call from customer service saying that is was a pre-auth but to be sure they escalated the ticket to the Billing dept. Anyone who hasn't gotten their money back, I would advise filling out a ticket on the support page, ask them to call you, and have them escalate to billing as well. Still waiting to here back from them, if I don't midweek I'll just call my bank.
