Launcher stuck on 'Install'

Since the patch that came at official launch, I have not been able to access the game using the launcher (I have to use the .exe file in the client folder). The launcher doesn't have the 'Play' button, but the 'Install' button.

Customer support have said twice to click install, cancel, repair, etc, etc. But when I click install, I get a message saying I don't have 60gb of free space. So I can't start the install process in order to cancel/repair. I can't free up 60gb of space either as its a small drive.

Can anyone tell me how to repair my launcher?

You need to fix the Launcher by installing three files.

Thanks, this did it, specifically the depot file. It applied a patch and then I done a repair. I've got my Play button back and it launches the game.
