Character stuck falling through world

I made a ticket in-game 2-3 hrs or more ago but no response, stuck characters are usually a high priority.

I was doing the Deepcrag Den quest on my level 20 and started to fall out of the world. I'm stuck falling (can't use fast travel) and wish to be relocated.

If you type /stuck it will kill your character and you can rez. at a wayshrine.

Wish I knew that then, they moved my char now. Thanks though.

This happened to me in the intro prison break thing, although I saw some nifty looking underworld that must have been for the developers. I wish I had moved my character over while falling so I would have landed there. Would have loved to explore that place.
