I have pre-order the game from Zenimax store with a credit card, now I have to set up the sub. plan. I don't want to pay the subscription by a credit card. I want to do it by Game Time codes and when you choose that option it doesn't finish your set up. Looks like you if you bought from their store you don't have a permission to use the game time code option.
