CE must pay now for next month?

I bought CE and thought the one month subscription is inluded, but when I try to login to game now it says that login is not correct, also I can not login to account web page because it is flooded.
Does it mean that I need to pay subscription today (or whatever next day) to be able to play in April?

No you should have 27 days left on the 30 days free.
when you select your sub plan it will only bill you once the next month has started, or at east form what my account says, I will be billed on the 4th of april.
i have checked my accoiunt and no money has been billed since my pre-order of the game 2 weeks ago.
The website problem is due to high traffic and should die down soon enough for you to login and select a plan.
