Okay, so I have realized that almost everyone is now experiencing the "log in information is incorrect" error. Is it related to the game code not being applied yet? I sure hope so because no one is telling us anything so when I try to put my code I get put in a line where it is said that there are more than 100 users in line before me and the line even stops as if I am waiting for a renewal of my passport at our local embassy.

I sent TWO tickets, one via phone and one via email. This wasn't the first time that I have done so, the weird part about this is that out of those tickets I sent (probably 3-5 tickets) NONE of them had been answered and ZOS has sent me a SURVEY, now WHY would that happen? I asked you something, you didn't give me an answer and yet you want me to take a survey?

So I let that come by since there were some good people that helped me via google and the forums and now this...

I HAVE TO WAIT SO LONG TO INPUT MY CODE?

Other than the fact that you have charged people $15 just for "authorization" is plain bad. Sure fine, it's normal but why would you charge $15 upfront?

So many things left unexplained. I am starting to like the game despite tons of people egging on it, the things I hate about this game are:

1) REALLY HORRIBLE AND UNRESPONSIVE CS
2) Quest bugs (especially Banished Cells)
3) horrible hairstyles

2 & 3 are pretty understandable, the bugs would soon be fixed and the hairstyles are well... let's just say that I never really liked ES series hairstyles lols.

I hope that someone from the CS team would read this and understand how frustrated I am right now.

    So I managed to finish queue but now I get this error message right after I click my payment method:

    "There were issues with your recent transaction attempt. Please check the provided information again or contact support at http://help.elderscrollsonline.com"

    WTF. Still no PM from ZOS CS.

    im not even getting an payment plan option in my account page and i waited an hour in-line just to access my account page this is BULL i tell you total BULL.
