Unable to login to my account details - Queue Paused

I was trying to log in to my account to activate my 30 days free game time and set up my subscription.
I got placed in a queue which is fine, I figured there would be a lot of demand on the servers.
However, the queue is apparently "paused" and hasn't changed in over 30 minutes. That's pretty frustrating, queues are fine, queues that don't ever move are not fine
Is anyone looking into this from Zenimax?

Got an expected time finally here as well after waiting 30 minutes with it paused. It said 9:16 and has held at 9:16 for 10 minutes. I will update if accurate.0

atheka✭✭Seems very strange to let customers queue to set up subscribtion. Having to wait sometimes to get online in a newly realeased game, that I can understand. But being forced to queue to set up my account, that is a definetely a first for me (and I have played several mmo's). Very annoying!0 -
jibann✭I was playing, I already had a subscription plan picked, I had a bug disconnect me from game, I can't log back in with the same error. Now I can't even access the site, says I am in queue for over 2 hours? Are you guys crazy? This is seriously a terrible account / website experience so far.0

Jhodar✭26 mins on queue, and I am assuming that you have to set up payment to get the redemption of the included time also. Always a fun time when you get into new start-ups. I am thinking that they opened up the process a few days ago to be able to enter your payment info so it would probably only be us to blame if we didn't do it prior to today....0 -
i dont think this (payment) system was a smart move just give the 30days and in that 30days you can extend your acount if you like the game
see it as selling drugs your client needs to get that first kick of it before buying more and its even more important if your product is not finished yet(broken quest madness)0
