I am playing on the US Megaserver (NOT the European Server) and I live in New Zealand. According to your site payment is available in English Pounds, Euro's, and US Dollars.
The cost effective option for any player in Oceania is US Dollars, if I have those currency options why are you giving me no choice but the most expensive option?
11.99 Euro is $(NZ)19.13 add currency conversion charges on the Visa and its $20/month.
I want my 30 days free I have prepaid for when I purchased the game as per Green man gaming site, not being shut out after my 5 days for early pre order.
Also I can find NO information on the site re cancelling accounts, where is this information?

I was a little pissed because i had to pay 70EUR when the game in USD is 20EUR cheaper. The response was; "The Elder Scrolls Online is priced consistently with premium AAA games for each region."

20 euros isn´t that much money, but its still a raise of almost 1/3rd.

Makes me spit, what does "The Elder Scrolls Online is priced consistently with premium AAA games for each region." actually mean??
We have screwed them in the past so we can do it again?
Apple have been price gauging them for years, now its our turn?
If Microsoft can do it, so can we!?
So if I tell them to *** off, I'll pay US monthly subs ($14), not Euro ($20) do you think they will say ok?
    yea....right

We few here in Australia/NZ always get ripped off as we are a smaller martket share, it has been happening for years with steam being $30 more than the US/UK, I and many of my fellow gaming friends of whom live in Au/NZ now buy our games from one website that is upto $40 cheaper than any local Ebgames store or steam/origin/uplay store and we get free delivery and even tough the store is in the UK they have far better service than all the online sores CS combined.

I don't care if i get new titles 2 weeks after launch, as i save enough to buy 2 AAA games for the price of 1 AAA game here.

The we site for those of you who are from AU/NZ is http://www.ozgameshop.com/ (or NZ in place of OZ) for the New Zealanders

Haven't bought a AAA title from Steam/Origin/Uplay in 3 years, I have saved thousands by not buying for the 3 major didgital stores/ that allow you to install directly from time of purchase.
