I am at my account summary page right now, and no where does it even give me an option to set up payment. Can't redeem codes either(have a physical copy in hand), all I get when I try to redeem codes is the message, "this product requires elder scrolls online". This is ridiculous, I cannot believe how poorly thought out this is.
