When I try to login to the game I am getting "Your login information was incorrect. Please try again."

I have checked and rechecked and it is correct. Are the login servers down or something?

I just got the same thing! I'm entering my subscription information, I'm wondering if that's the issue. Can't find anything else on there about this issue so far.

I'm getting the same thing, did manage to get in and setup a payment plan, but it still isn't letting me in. Just out of interest was there anything official to say they would lock you out if you hadn't setup a payment plan?
Sure hope they get this sorted soon.

wth? i have never, EVER, EVER seen the like before! you cant handle a hundred customers? get another checkout girl or whatever! who ever heard of a queue at a digital store! hell, queues (or lack thereof) are half my motivation for shopping online! i am an impatient SoB and hate waiting in line!

can you imagine getting to the checkout at amazon and being told you have to wait 53 minutes?!!?

edit: while i typed this message it went from 53 minutes to 59 minutes! who cut in the line you ***!! :'(

I cannot login today too, I go to setup my subscription plan, then I can login the game now.....But it is a stupid idea that we need to setup subscription plan so that we can login the game....

when i 1st started the client this morning there was no message below teh password field. now there is a notice announcing our free 30 days starts after we validate a subscription plan. good to see the ZO team is staying abreast. It would have been alot easier on all of us if we had that massage for the last 5 days! alot of us might have done this already instead of this Black Friday scenario where ican picture 1 million players all diving into the store within a few hours of each other! note the last three words: "fast and simple!" hmmmm $:\$
