Appearance doesn't change with new equipment

My character has been stuck looking the same in game even though I change armor. In the choose character screen it looks OK, but in game I see different (older) items of armor instead of the ones I am currently equipping, or even missing item, like pauldrons and helmet.
I tried /relogui, but nothing changed, nor did logout-login.

When you open your inventory, all the way on the left it shows your character and all of his/her gear. Underneath *ACCESSORIES* I noticed that I was still wearing my FROST BANDIT DISGUISE, right click the disguise and un-equip.
