UHM... WHAT!?!?! Character stuck outside of the game?

So, I was in the prophets hideout "The Harborage" just looking around. I jumped on one of the tables and my screen went totally grey except from UI such as health/magika/stamina and the inventoty, guild alliance war interface screens. Then faded gradually to black.
I tried to /reloadui to no avail so I then tried /stuck which also had no effect and I was still in the exact same situation. I thought to myself "Well a relog might help". this is what I saw when I logged back into the game:



Now when I log in my screen is shaking which obviously you cant see in the screenshot and my character is in a falling animation. After about 30 seconds he actually starts to fall and drop lower into this abyss. He starts making sounds like he is taking damage and then soon after I am kicked from the server for "spamming" in the chat?

/stuck ... Will help.

But yeah, this occassionally happens in instances, you get sort of stuck and when you relog, you just fall trough everything into the land of Whoops.

/stuck does not help... tried it. Also I added a bit more info to the post about what happens after I log in.

That's odd, all it really does is kill your character, which then leads to the chance to teleport to a shrine.
I guess you'll have to go for support then. Or alternatively logging off for +-15 minutes, which -could- put your character to a valid position.
