Can't teleport to Tamrial from the tutorial? (Unknown Error Code)

So i FINALLY got past the requesting character load screen. Now when I try to teleport to Tamrial from the end of the tutorial area it loads for like 5 mintutes then jumps to the login screen with "Unknown error code". Anyone else experience this?...

Edit: also i've done this like 6 times now... same thing keeps on happening.
