random logout/loss of accomplishments

i have started experiencing random logouts and when i log back in the game has lost the record of recent accomplishments. this has happened to me three times in the past two days after difficult tasks/fights and it is very annoying. do i have to log out every 5 minutes to ensure i do not lose things?

Rollbacks. It doesnt change how far when you log out as progress is tracked serverside.

Just had one myself in Shadowfen. Didnt lose anything as I was mostly idle at the bank, but my gear completely broke.

it's happened twice to me just as i completed a quest & i had to do them over completely each time. it's a pain. i hope they can get the problem fixed. logging off then on again multiple times to ensure my progress is saved is a pain.
