Submitted Subscription Payment Method - Gold in Bank GONE

*sigh*

I just entered my payment details for my subscription, and, while I'm in game, what happens? I get a 2nd set of in-game emails associated with the promotions, and *ALL* the gold in my bank goes *POOF*, as well as the extra bank space purchased.

I've submitted a ticket on this just now, but I wanted everyone to be aware that this just happened to me.

    There's been an issue of people being logged into another persons account, sounds like something similar. Are all your characters still there?

    Yes, my characters are all there but it was odd when I first noticed it ... 2 of my 3 toons could see the items, my 3rd couldn't see any items in the bank at all. I'm wondering if it was coincidence that I was on the 3rd character when the "dupe" emails all came in.

    It *appears* that my character inventory, bag space is fine, but all the gold I'd deposited plus the 20 bank spaces I purchased are gone. All while I listen to the "banker" boast about how the vault is "unbreakable". :disappointed:
