Underwhelming cycle

Ok the layoffs. Ok with the Warden rework being delayed. But leaving PvP in its current state basically kills the last bit of hope many DK players had of seeing somewhat balanced combat again.

Since writing decent patch notes seems to be such a challenge, here's what I think should be in the second PTS cycle (not that I have any hope left... thanks, ESO combat team).

Werewolf
Werewolf is strong, sometimes downright oppressive, mainly because it benefits too much from certain class passives (I'm looking at you, Sorcerer).
The best solution would be to disable class passives while transformed. If I still had any faith left, I'd ask for proper Werewolf- and Vampire-specific passives instead, but let's be honest...
[Edit. And revert back the changes]

Sorcerer
Reduce the sustain slightly. The class is already very strong, and after the Draugrkin nerf, the Elemental Susceptibility/status effect build is in a good spot.

Necromancer
Scythe tries to do too many things and doesn't excel at any of them. Maybe it's finally time to turn one morph into a real spammable by increasing its damage in exchange for consuming a corpse. Leave the other morph as it is, so the three people still using it can stay happy.
Skeletal Mage should always grant Brutality when slotted. This is necessary.
Please do something with Withering Grasp. It's one of the most useless skills in the game. Turning it into a proper DoT would be a good start.
These changes wouldn't suddenly make Necro overpowered, but they would at least make it fun to play again.

Dragonknight
One Heart of Flame morph should focus on damage, the other on sustain—and the sustain should be toned down. Right now it's one of the most poorly balanced skills ESO has ever had.
Reduce Whip's damage. It's absurd.
Wings should have one morph that removes snares and grants Expedition, and another that reduces ranged damage (and maybe grants 3 Ultimate so it isn't completely worthless).
Fossilize needs to be instant again. Did we really learn nothing from the Encase disaster? Delayed stuns are fundamentally unhealthy for PvP.
It's time to take the training wheels off DKs and let them ride the bike like everyone else.

Templar
group armour buff is just bad. Give it some offensive value, for the love of Mara. I genuinely feel bad for Templars being reduced to Prayer bots. It used to be such a fun class.
Nightblade Maybe it's finally time to give them some actually worthwhile Class Mastery options for PvP.

Arcanist
I honestly don't know enough about the class... mostly because I haven't seen one in PvP for months.

Warden
Warden's identity was always its AoE burst.
Give Ice AoE abilities more damage. Make Subterranean Assault deal Frost Damage and always apply Chilled so it actually synergizes with the class passives.
And please give Warden at least one meaningful passive that isn't entirely tied to status effects now that virtually everything related to that playstyle has been nerfed.
And yes, I used AI to help write this. It's late, I'm disillusioned, and English is my third language.

I agree, it is maybe one of the best balance threads that i have seen.

Maybe make ww benefit from weapon passives if they could not use class masteries, but i think that having their own passives would be a lot better. I prefer buffing everyone to DK level, but if it is impossible your suggestion is good too

For Necro if I had to choose I'd take Perma Savagery on Siphon rather than Perma Brutality on Skeleton

Arcanist a buff to Fulminating delayed burst and/or ability to self synergize it, faster tracking on Watcher Ult. For me with those two things I think it's competitive. Its utility is top notch other than lacking Savagery, I'm fine with always using Race on Arc.
