Ifamous "unknown" error

Maybe it just me but i really wonder how the hell 1 man indie developers can get their network code working but ZOE can't. I'm not an IT expert so if my wording's are not complete correct i believe you get my point.

I have no problems when i'm on fixed land line, but my god if i change to my 4G LTE dongle i get this same s**t all over again. try to zone in booted no matter witch char got 3 of them. After i need to wait round hour before my character is found from space between bit's.

I made ticket about 14.00 today that's 2PM to you who don't know real clock has 24 hours not 12 with some letters. Got really fast response maybe 10 minutes or so, they asked info, what is 4 last digits on my payment credit card, what is the answer to secret question. I posted all round 18.00 no answer yet, well maybe Monday.
