Team-wide Social Bans

Hi, I made a ticket already talking about this but wanted to post it on the forums as well. I had been Social banned about a month ago and got a response on my ticket that I had been mistakenly banned by the bot for speed hacking possibly due to high latency. As of this post I had just been Social banned again and over the past few weeks over half my raid team has gotten Social banned as well. I noticed one thing in common between all of us was using Blood mist and wondered if maybe that is the cause. I reached out to another team on EU whom are in the same trial as us and their members are also experiencing Social bans across several members. They are also using Blood mist to travel slightly faster in the trial like we are. I don't have any hard evidence just bringing it up cause it has been very frustrating for both our groups. Thanks!

It is super strange to see social ban for suspicion in speedhacking, something does not line up. Even if this particular skill triggers speedhack alert, they would just ban you completely.

How you even know you get social ban in the first place?

I cannot type in-game messages, send in-game mail, trade other players, use guild traders, or guild banks. It is clearly a Social restriction. Not really sure what is causing it but something with the detection bot is definitely tweaking.

Wait. Did the ticket actually say it was the bot that banned you?
I don't doubt you. I'm just confused.
ZoS has said that people aren't getting banned by AI.

Is this different? Bots are hardly AI. And maybe ZoS only meant bans based on complaints or AI monitoring chat?

@imPDA Social bans are a known thing. I've seen a few guild mates dealing with them. They're weird. What a strange way to punish people for (perceived) minor infractions.

Social bans are automatic I am pretty sure, not AI, you can have sensors like how much mails you sent over an hour, if it is too much, it will ban you. You will not receive a ticket for that tho. I tested addon which could handle thousands of mails, so I sent a lot of them from my second account to main account, and I received social ban without any word from ZoS side, no ticket, no notice. It was removed pretty quickly after I reach out support tho, but hearing that skill can cause social ban is weird, isn't it? I really hope support will be able to figure it out

It's been over a week since I put in a ticket regarding my 2nd Social ban, Haven't heard back.
To update further two people from my group who just got unbanned this week just got Social banned again last raid...This getting really ridiculous.
