"Digital Imperial Edition" Help

I purchased the Digital I.E. last month and was able to play the beta as well as the first 2 days of early access, then *Poof*, the copy goes missing from my "Purchased Games". Oddly enough the information related to purchase still exists under the "Billing History" tab. Haven't been able to play since and when i try to purchase a subscription, it wants me to re-buy the digital game again. Submitted multiple tickets and yet not a thing has been figured out.
