Scars Never Fade bugged
The "Duel Hunter" part is bugged, no hunter spawns and you cant talk to npc nearby if they are the so called "hunters"... Log out/in doesnt fix the issue or retrying the quest from the begining. Any tip to finish this quest?

PointMaid✭✭Apparently the quest works fine if you have spent a skill point for "persuade". I would rather spend mine on something more useful.
HAVING to commit a skill point to finish a quest is ridiculous. I would gladly pay gold as an alternative, but it's not an option.
This quest has been bugged since beta, and has been reported, probably a LOT. It doesn't seem to be a priority?1
