Greenshade Quest Bugged Cannot Continue Veteran COntent

Several people in Vet content are stuck on "Retaking the Pass" at "Close the shadow Rifts: 0/3". When you close the rift it goes away and you do not get credit. Without doing this main quest you cannot proceed on to EP territory for VR ranks 6-10. Several people and myself have finished every other main quest in AD territory. Is there a chance of getting this fixed so we can progress on to EP content?

im sick of being roadblocked by this quest and teased by mod comments about how they know what it is and how to fix it but they just dont.
