Desktop shortcut stop working?

I have imperial edition and I played also in beta weekends. I am playing on EU server.
I have windows 7 and to start the game I was desktop shortcut set to start:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\Launcher\Bethesda.net_Launcher.exe" /InstallOrRun "ESO_Beta"
Now after I quit playing few hours ago it can't be used because there is no such executable file.
There is only Bethesda.net_Launcher.version
and directory Bethesda.net_Launcher.exe_locked
So no idea what has changed or how should I now run the game?
(I can try to run eso.exe but I don't think it should be like that)
