I can personally confirm that Warrior is non-functioning. Tested it myself.
Apprentice and Warrior remain nonfunctional.

1.1 Patch notes mention this will be fixed. Here's hoping for that patch soon.

I had a guildy test a few - they are working for him (thief was not one of the ones he tried), but the same ones don't work for me at all. My stats remain the exact same after using a Mundus stone.
I put in a ticket yesterday about this. I heard back fairly quickly, but all I received back was a canned response with definitions of Mundus stones, skyshards, and alchemical ingredients.
I'm really hoping this gets resolved timely.
