I would be ok for NPCs saying the same thing over and over... well not ones you have to engage with ALL the time... but dont have them speak with every encounter if they only have one line...
If the Daggerfall banker had 50 lines, I would be ok... but if I have to hear Neither a Lender or Borrower be, that's redicu...

Users don't report problems or things they perceive as problems based on how high a priority they think the coders will make it. They report problems as they encounter them. This is as it should be. It's the coders' job to determine priority on fixes. Every time this thread gets to the bottom of page two, I think, "Yes, finally, this unbelievably banal topic can finally be put to rest..." then someone bumps it. Of all the things to complain about, this is just absurd.
