"Invalid Address" when entering credit card information

I'm trying to redeem my game to my account and, like many others, the site is telling me that my address doesn't exist. I have tried with and without special characters or abbreviations. I even opened up a bank statement to verify that my address I was putting in matched it PERFECTLY, letter for letter. I had an issue similar to this with PSN, where it had to perfectly match, including capital letters and abbreviations, so I tried again with everything capitalized the way it is on my bank statement. I have had absolutely no luck with it. Please help me, I don't want to be as upset at Bethesda as I am right now.

I'm experiencing the same thing. They sent me an e-mail with possible fixes and none work. Still waiting to hear back

Just updating - I've seen neither hide nor hair of any kind of customer service yet. No emails, replies, anything. I understand that there are a lot of CS tickets right now, but come on. It's past 2 days with no response.

Another development for anyone who is reading these! I went to check my online bank statement today, and there was an issue with an uncollected funds charge on my account. I called up my bank to see what the deal was - because I HAD the money in the account to cover it - and it turns out that there had been multiple holds on my account, around $80 worth. Because of these holds, (none of which could follow through because of the "invalid address" issue I started this thread with) I was charged an overdraft fee on something I had money in my account to pay for. I just don't understand why it was necessary to put the same hold on my bank account 5 times for one charge, or why it's so hard to accept my payment options for the subscription. It wouldn't even be that bad if we had ANY word from Zenimax or Bethesda or SOMEBODY, acknowledging these issues, but instead we get to sit here, twiddling our thumbs, waiting to be allowed to the game we've been eagerly waiting for - and paid for.

The count is up to five days now. Five days of no communication, no help, nothing. I spent a hundred dollars on the physical imperial edition not because I thought an art book and a plastic statue were worth the extra money, but because I believe in supporting developers and franchises that have treated you well in terms of game quality and service. It sucks to be ignored by the people who I basically just gave money to because I thought they deserved it. I'm beginning to regret that decision.

I'm in the same boat. Very disappointed that the game turned out like this. I did get some generic emails which didn't provide any solutions. I gave up on trying to fix it when I saw that each attempt was adding another pending subscription charge on my credit card without actually setting up a subscription. That's when "disappointed" changed to "infuriated" and now I just want everything refunded so I can put this whole episode behind me.
