Quest reset and items lost

I just finished the Deadly Whispers quest and cleared the Spindleclutch dungeon. But when I zoned out of the dungeon, the quest reset back to the beginning and all the loot I got in the dungeon is gone. Picked up some really nice gear for me class in there too =(
