Guild Tools Mail

Last night and today a guildie and I were testing mailing to different ranks in guild tools. However, he and I still received the mails even though we were not the rank specified (as in I received mail I sent to a different group, and also mail he sent to a different group). I talked to another player who'd tested mailing to ranks earlier in the testing, and he said it worked correctly then (he mailed his officers and did not also get the mail). I'm not sure why the rank filtering seems to have broken, but this doesn't seem to be intended behavior.
