Should Necro/WW/Vamp trigger guards in duels?

If it's that important for theme then can we please put every service in Fargrave to help make it a dueling hub? Maybe take the planter out of the middle of the Plaza of Portals.

It's difficult to duel on the PTS (which generally happens in Riften) because of all the guards walking around. I've had duels cut short because a guard heard me howling.

Remember that you cannot be attacked by regular mobs when you're in a duel. Why are guards the exception?

go find a quiet spot away from the civilian populous so you can have your duel. dueling in populated areas is disruptive to the normal flow of the cities and daily activity.

Heck, I'd prefer it if Dueling in general aggro'd the guards.

Admittedly, that's based solely on my distaste for dueling within cities/towns anyway. Just don't care for the disruption. So given that, the only aspect left for me to consider for the poll is that of lore/role-play immersion. Which lands squarely on Yes, illegal acts should trigger the guards.

I agree completely. People who duel near wayshrines should automatically cause every guard in the vicinity to show up to break up the fight. That kind of lawlessness would not be tolerated if I were the sheriff.

I mean, things don't stop being illegal just because it's a duel lol.
