Going over the changes are werewolves now going to be viable for both Magicka and stamina base characters or are they still stamina only focused?
The Stamina cost of abilities is sharply reduced, while the Magicka cost of abilities is still high. Heavy Attacking still restores only Stamina. You no longer get increased Maximum Stamina when transforming, but you still get extra Stamina Recovery.
I don't know why ZOS didn't just give Werewolf the Arcanist treatment (abilities changing resource type based on highest and lowest resource) but theoretically it is less punishing to run Werewolf on a Magicka spec next patch. Actually, it'd probably be better to invest your stats into Magicka rather than Stamina because the heal still costs a lot of Magicka.
