Change to stats not reflected on character screen

This thread concerns critical strike chance not being properly updated/reflected. The issue is very simple, and I have two examples. The first is the Mundus Stone: The Thief, which offers critical strike chance does not reflect in your character sheet. My previous 36% stayed at 36% after applying the effect. The second is the final passive in the Dual Wield skill line: Twin Blade and Blunt, when I attained this passive, my critical strike chance stayed at 36%, despite having a dagger equipped. (Also tried this with two equipped, but also no reflection.)
As far as I'm concerned, 36% is not the cap, because I have equipped weapons that bestowed +5% and the stats page properly showed 41%.

Hey Luke - are other Mundus stones working for you?
Ever since I used the Serpent, no Mundus stones affect my stats anymore, I've tried armor, health, and power.
I came on here to see if anyone else has experienced the same issue.0 -

Honestly, I haven't tried any other ones. This was the only one I was looking to use, and it either a) doesn't work, or b) doesn't display properly.
