Access code in physical Imperial Edition?

Hey, I purchased the physical Imperial Edition from America (I live in Australia) as they had run out here. Because of this it will take a good two weeks for it to arrive, with which I'm fine, but today I found out that my access code will be included in the box
Does this mean I have to wait two weeks before I get to play again? My account has the Imperial Edition listed in it's purchase history and I received 5 days of early access, but now I have to wait for my copy to arrive before it will continue to acknowledge that I should receive access?
This is extremely frustrating and I refuse to believe that I'm the first to run into this nasty issue (I can't be the only one to not have access to fast postage?) surely there is a solution? I have all emailed receipts stored.
I would be devastated if there is no way for me to receive my code another way. O hope the staff or someone can help me out here?
