Werewolf Archer build (PvP)

Potentially returning player who likes what he sees with the new Werewolf, I'm contemplating coming back to play my Nightblade Archer again and I'm looking for some suggestions on what a good build might look like if I wanted to play an Oakensoul Bow build with Werewolf, and if it's even viable.

Both Oakensoul and Bow are viable for Werewolf currently.

A lot of the Oakensoul buffs will be made redundant with Werewolf in Update 50, but you can still get use out of it if you pick different morphs. For instance, we used to use Oakensoul for buffs like Minor Berserk and Minor Protection, which didn't exist in the toolkit. In Update 50, you can get Minor Berserk from slotting Hircine's Rage and Minor Protection from slotting Deafening Roar. You will also get some use out of the Minor Heroism from Oakensoul, which will help you sustain your transformation longer in combat. Remember that you give up some buffs depending on the ability morphs you pick, so Oakensoul will ensure you always have those specific buffs.

I can't speak for the human form, but generally if you want to switch between a ranged playstyle with Bow and then go into melee range with Werewolf, you'll want to use Item Sets which complement both forms. Nightblade in particular doesn't have very many applicable passives for the Werewolf form, but if you decide not to Subclass, then the "Above and Beyond" and "An Eye for Exploitation" Nightblade Class Mastery passives are currently the only two which would apply in both forms.
